Spelling this Week

The spelling list this week will focus on Indiana words that we have been learning about in Social Studies and in our novel, Oliver's Travels: An Indiana Adventure. Here is a link to this week's list.

Indiana Words: Week of October 4th

For some reason, Spelling City will not allow me to capitalize the word "Lenape" on the list. Please be sure to remind your child that Lenape must be capitalized on the spelling test, in order to be counted correctly. We are beginning to learn about the Lenape Indians in Indiana in Social Studies.

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! I will be grading a lot of papers throughout this week. Keep an eye out in your child's binder each night for graded papers.
