Weekend Inventors...

Today I told the class to try to finish their Invention Plan packet this weekend and to finish building their invention. I also suggested starting on the tri-fold presentation board. This is the last weekend before our big Invention Convention, and I don't want anyone to wait until the last minute to finish their project!

The Invention Convention will be in Cardinal's cafeteria from 2:00-3:15 on Thursday of next week. You can come and go anytime during that time slot to see our inventions! At 3:15, you are welcome to take your child home, but it will count against perfect attendance unless you wait until 3:30. Please do not take the inventions home at that time. I would like to display them in the media center for the whole school to see after Spring Break!

Next week is a Student Council Spirit Week!

Monday: Favorite Sports Team
Tuesday: Famous Person Day
Wednesday: Hat Day/Snack Day for 50 cents
Thursday: Tie Dye
Friday: Aloha Day (flipflops are allowed!)
